1. Service Booking

All service bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technician unavailability or extreme weather conditions.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary based on the actual condition of the AC unit and any additional parts required. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash, UPI, and online bank transfers.

3. Warranty

We provide a 30-day service warranty on AC repairs and gas refills. This warranty covers the specific issue addressed during the service. It does not cover new issues that may arise after the service or issues caused by external factors like power fluctuations.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate location and contact information. Users must ensure that a responsible adult is present at the location during the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Global Wave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
