30-day service warranty
Eligible AC repairs and gas refills are covered for 30 days. If the same covered issue returns, we fix it — with a 24-hour complaint response goal.
Diagnosis first. Price second. Repair only with approval.
What's not covered?
- New faults unrelated to the original repair
- Damage from power surge, water ingress, or mishandling after service
- Spare parts wear after the warranty window
- Issues caused by third-party work after our visit
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp or call with your booking details and issue.
- Share a short photo or video of the AC problem if possible.
- We schedule a free re-inspection for the same covered issue.
- If the fault matches the original repair, we fix it at no extra labour charge.
How quickly will we respond?
We aim for a 24-hour complaint response on warranty complaints during operating hours. Same-day return visits are arranged whenever slots allow.
